OK, now that you are serious...
Now that you are serious about losing weight, I can start making your lunch. If you provide the stuff, I will make your lunch for .50 cents a day. DEAL?
on calorie counting...
Maybe you should count the calories you burn while sleeping, too?! Or how about sitting on the couch in the mode that is called "slee-wake" (the time between sleeping and awake.)
PT2 (Andrea, the food person)
P.S. So... you are at 160! I'm impressed. Keep up the good work!
TIT 4 TATWell as I sat down to eat my dinner and realised that there were no cold waters to drink with dinnerI had to settle for a cold Pepsi, (with a tinge of guilt I must say) until I started to compare a few labels. Comparing my Pepsi to Langers Pomegranate Blueberry Juice (which my wife and PT2 were drinking) if both servings were equal (12oz) this is how they stack up:Calories: Pepsi150 Langers 210Fat: Pepsi 0 Langers 0Sodium: Pepsi 30 Langers 22Carbs: Pepsi 41 Langers 50Sugars: Pepsi 41 Langers 45So when all was said and done I enjoyed my pepsi that much more and I don't even drink soda on a regular basis. Oh and by the way I weighed in at 155 today.
Tree Bark & BerriesWell afterone week of this thing I'm still hovering between 158 - 160! And that after eating tree bark (Clif Bars) and berries (apples) while hiking in Sequoia, (2 miles in 40 degree temperatures). Maybe it was the overeating at dinner or just the fact thatI was on vacation and didn't feel too motivated to apply myself but now that I see that one of the competitors has created his own blog to keep him motivated, I too must buckle down and get serious. Although I only have to lose 15.6% of my total weight compared to Gregs 16.6%, I have the sad history of two failed attempts behind me but the hope of victory before me.
