TIT 4 TAT

Well as I sat down to eat my dinner and realised that there were no cold waters to drink with dinnerI had to settle for a cold Pepsi, (with a tinge of guilt I must say) until I started to compare a few labels. Comparing my Pepsi to Langers Pomegranate Blueberry Juice (which my wife and PT2 were drinking) if both servings were equal (12oz) this is how they stack up:
Calories: Pepsi150 Langers 210
Fat: Pepsi 0 Langers 0
Sodium: Pepsi 30 Langers 22
Carbs: Pepsi 41 Langers 50
Sugars: Pepsi 41 Langers 45
So when all was said and done I enjoyed my pepsi that much more and I don't even drink soda on a regular basis. Oh and by the way I weighed in at 155 today.

How many people here actually thought juice was healthier than pepsi?
