Flip Flop: Yes it's true the discussion has been had that the two PT's switch places after labor day if the ten pounds aren't lost. I'm game because neither of them have been doing a "Stellar" job. At any rate I have lost 10 lbs! Am able to jog a miles without being incredible winded and can swim 500 meters without sinking. So by those measures it has been a good summer at least I lost some weight. As for PT1 he has been missing out on some cash because he still hasn't responded to my offer (Personal trainers on Duty) and PT2 has only earned $3. Could be $27 if I counted today! A dollar lost is a dollar lost.
Oh, I will kill him. Kill him. Kill him.
He can't lose 10 lbs. by Labor Day! So, We came up with this: when its Labor day, We will switch. I, PT2 will become the exercise chick, and, I will kill the test subject. I lost his 10 pounds as the food person, now I will lose the rest as the exercise gal.

Pretzel Problem~
So today we went to Starbucks and my mom got a drink.
But my dad got zip, so that was good.
But my mom got a chocolate-caramel covered pretzel also. My dad had a "bite". We (PT1 and me) said that every "bite" he had would count as a extra lap later when we jogged. But no...........He only did one lap-walking! I know, pathetic and lousy!
I think me and PT1 will really have to enforce this stuff (exercising and eating right) strongly if we're to pull this off in the next 2 weeks. He's only at 151 pounds last checked!!

Batting 500: or at least swimming, I swam a total of 500 meters on Friday not bad I hit my goal 2 weeks before the end of summer, now I just need to keep it up. Okay the on going debate is "When I reach the goal of dropping 20" where should I celebrate? My thought is to visit In-n-Out for a double double animal style. I haven't so much as touched a hamburger since before this little challenge began, so it would be an appropriate prize for reaching the goal don't you think. We (I) am taking a vote if you agree let me know if you side with the PT's let me know as well.

On left PT 1. Middle, Test subject. And right, PT 2 Posted by Picasa
Ohh........The nerve of some people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I went to my Grandpas' sleepover over the weekend, and he went to Coldstones!!!!!He had ice cream! He owes me 2 dollars. Which I just witnessed he has, so I'm pushin' it. I only made him 1 lunch, And this evening I gave him a word of encouragement. Test subject, if you want to object or something put it in my comments.

Can I Trust Him?
Okay, So this weekend, I'm going to my Grandpas for a sleepover. I don't know If I can trust him to eat right by himself!!!!
If he does not eat right, I'm going to have a talk with PT1 about his exercise plan.

The temptation of Harry Potter - Well it seems I haven't heard from the PT's since before their birthday PT2 is engrossed in HP and PT1 is busy with his magnetix. Then to top things off the referee - Mom had the idea to go to Cold Stones tonight. So while the PT's had Chocolate with brownies and Mint with chips I on the other hand had the Lemon Sorbet with coconut. That was a mistake it would have been better to have nothing than to waste $$ and torture myself with the gross after taste that comes with all diet products. So my vote on a scale of 1 to 10 the Sorbet gets a 1.5, as for PT1 & 2 well the verdict is still out.

1 Mile + 20: Okay so I asked PT1 do you want to go...NO I asked PT2 do you want to go...No I asked The referee do you want to go... I would but we can't leave them alone. So who went you guessed it "the Distractor" but he wanted to go and he was really good about it, it's just that 20 lbs is a lot to carry on your shoulders for a mile. Well at least for this out of shape 38 year old. I have nothing to complain about though considering that our troops out there are carrying 60+ lbs on their backs in outrageous heat. Keep up the good work guys. As far as the personal trainers they seem to be missing in action these days... Looks like I may be going this one alone???
