Time Trials 1 & 2
Okay, yesterday I walked 2.5 miles in 40 minutes, today (time trial 2) I did it in 38 minutes. That's an improvement if say so. I'm well on my way to the 5k run.

30x30x30
Okay, so today I did 30 of each and I'm huffing and puffing. I found 3 possible 5k runs to consider 2 in June on in August. I'm thinking that the second one in June might be a good possibility. Let the training begin!

Baseline # 2
25 sit ups, push ups, & squats waist still 35.5 inches 160lbs. Goal drop 20 to 140, 100 sit ups, push ups, and squats per day. And run in a 5k run this year.
